But anyway, I've been doing them with my kids and not just recently I've been trying to do this this is something that

for some reason I never got this as a kid I guess I guess the emphasis on habits is kind of a new thing

but like I've said before like I've never really got the I never got motivated to practice things I was you know a decent an athlete at different things and just did them but I kind of always assumed

you're as good as you know your you're inborn talent and that's kind of your level and you work with that and that's kind of it.

But all the new thinking is that so much depends on your practice and how much you train and how much

you work and basically developing good

habits of training. So I've been knowing it with my kids and my daughter Elvie who was

she has turned five this year. She's in gymnastics and she's actually pretty good at it and I had her, what I did was she wanted to be able to do a split and she couldn't nearly do a split when we started this. She was several inches off the ground still.

And I told her that as soon as she could do it,
