It's just TJ this week.

We're on like somewhat of a vacation this week here in the middle of the summer.

I don't want to just not put out an episode, so even if this is a short one,

I'm going to take you along on a little journey here.

Ugh. A bug just flew with my mouth.

It's a beautiful day out in the middle of the country, and I'm planning on chopping through some wood.

We had some trees cut down a couple years ago on our property. They were dead.

And so I have this big pile of logs that have been drying out for close to two years.

And I thought I would take the opportunity to share a little story with you

about why chopping wood is so important to me and why it means so much to me.

I've got a piece of wood here, wiping off the axe.

About two years ago, when I moved to the country from Boston, I was unbelievably weak.

I didn't realize it. We were trying to unpack some boxes, move around some furniture,

and one of our dear friends came over and was helping us arrange some stuff.

And he was like, hey, TJ, can you help me move this piece of furniture?

And I said, yeah, sure.

And so I went to pick it up.

And I don't know exactly how arms and shoulders and everything works in the human body.

But I picked this piece of furniture up with him, and it felt like my arms
