Well, thanks for joining me once again here on the Stand to Reason

I'm lucky, feeling lucky to be able to even do this podcast today.

My wife Susie is a bit of a runner and she's been taking me out on runs every day she does

and these are runs that she is familiar with by running with her

group regularly in our vicinity. They are these long trails that are sometimes you know just ridiculously vertical.

In the last couple of days I took you know a week off and we'll talk about that a minute to take a trip to

Utah our annual or semi-annual trip to Utah, our our annual trip to Salt Lake City with students,

which I'll tell you about in a minute,

but I was really off of my workout routine,

or running routine for five days,

and then I got back, the very first day back we

started trail running again and oh my gosh I feel like I'm barely able to stay awake long enough right now to be able to even do this podcast.

So I'm just grateful that I've got enough gas in the tank.
