been having a great, healthy, happy week. I am really excited about this episode, so let's get straight into the

weekly bullet points. Starting off with our weekly review. So this week, I had finally gotten my

tummy health back on track, which I'm so happy about. I have been struggling with that.

So I feel like my, quote, gut health, we're calling it tummy health though, is finally starting

to get back on track. So very happy about that. And another thing is, I tried an avocado smoothie,

which I've never had a smoothie with avocado in it before, and it was life-changing.

I tried the smoothie from nectar, and I got the avocado smoothie, I think what just is called.

The smoothie is avocado and it has like spinach and everything like that, but I said no to the metabolism boost, which came inside the smoothie,
