This week's been a bit of a roller coaster ride in the world of pro wrestling.

The beginning of the week, you did a phenomenal job on Monday, along with Tommy Dreamer and Mark Henry.

Fitting tribute to one of the great Sabu, who I know was not just a co-worker of yours, but a friend and a brother.

You guys did a phenomenal job

paying respects to Sabu on Monday. And then you were also talking about during that show about

and Mark loves to say giving people their flowers while they're still here to receive

those flowers. And you talked about having a segment on Monday called Get Your Flowers

Monday, which I'm all in favor for. I think that's a phenomenal idea. And then yesterday, I saw

the tweet from J.R. Jim Ross, who said that he was diagnosed this week with colon cancer and that he's going to be

having surgery over the next week or two.

And he was asking for concern or for support from the fans.

And we know J.R.

J.R. is a friend of the show.

And more than just a friend to the show, he's a, he's a true friend and has been a big

supporter of what we do since we've been on the air.
