Hello, hello, hello ladies and gents. My name is Kirby Kelly and welcome to this week's episode of the bot in beloved podcast. I'm so happy that each

never single one of you decided to join me here today. I don't know if you're here just because you're a loyal

listener and you're subscribed or maybe you're just looking up the specific title and topic of what

me and my friend Kelsey are going to be talking about today. But regardless of how you got here, you're in

for a super awesome treat and of just talking about mentorship, about talking about purpose and

really diving into those important aspects of community that I know I've overlooked in my life

in the past and I think that maybe many of you might be sitting in right now wondering about about mentorship

and about what that looks like to to be spurred on to be poured into. But I have my really good friend Kelsey

Chapman here today with me. Kelsey, how about you introduce yourself real briefly before we you know

go any further about what we're going to be talking about today. Well, man, Kirby, thank you so

much for just welcoming me into your virtual home. I'm so happy to be here with you. I wish we were

in Israel right now because that's, you know, most recent adventure together. But I'm Kelsey and, you know,

I am a people person. So if I look back over the course of my life, you know, I've always had, you

know, seven girls over for a sleepover on the weekend when I was a kid or, you know, I would be at my

aunt's house and I just want to sit at the adult table and learn everything the adults were talking

about. And so I am a people person. I'm a learner. And that is kind of what has set the table for who I

am as an adult. I, you know, graduated college and kind of didn't know what I was going to do with my

life as many of us do, especially liberal arts degree. And I went overseas and was on the mission field

at a school. And I mean, I wasn't really serving. I would feel like that's an overstatement. So

let me back up there. But I was at a mission school in Mozambique learning and realized that I think I

was suppressing all of my tendencies towards entrepreneurship and creativity to do what I thought was

more holy and noble. And it was there that I, that God really reminded me like the most holy
