Accountability is a trait that many people struggle with. I think that by becoming more accountable and self-aware of what's making us unhappy we can find more balance in our lives and be more content. On today's episode, I sit down with Erika Cramer from the Confidence Chronicles podcast and we talk about the importance of accountability and how it plays a major role in many aspects of our lives!
