Sometimes I'll just have such a feeling or such an inkling like oh my gosh

I need to talk about this in my podcast like I'll just feel very like

overwhelmed about a certain topic. I don't know if that makes any sense

but I'm sure you can about tell by the title that it's gonna be something along the lines

I haven't like totally ironed out the name of this episode

the title but it's gonna be about gratitude and

feeling guilty for it at times
