In the Psalms, I think it's Psalm 16. It says, you will show me the path of life. I've been meditating on that, praying it through, thinking about it. And I'm just

because God's love goes so deep and wide and his word is living and active, I'm applying that

to my diet. I'm just learning some things that healthy, healthy foods that I eat that are

triggering major responses in my body. So they may be good for you, they're not good for me.
