I grew up in a house where it wasn't breakfast, lunch, and dinner,

but it was definitely breakfast most days and dinner virtually every night until everybody got really busy in their teens.

And it was the family around one table eating a meal

together, and it was a time when the family not only reconnected with one another, talked about

their days, but they also argued and fought over food, and they were learning things, even in the

course of the meal.

That is a very rare thing today.
