Today, we talk about why dieting is very important. Diet is important regardless of if you’re an athlete, an entrepreneur, a W2 employee, a student, it doesn’t matter!
Reason being, what you put into your body has a huge effect on everything else you do. If you’re constantly eating junk food, your energy isn’t going to be the same as someone who is eating well, your ability to interact with others will suffer, and how you feel overall will also not be where it could be either.
Most of you already know, but I am currently an entrepreneur, but before that, I was a professional athlete. Because of that, I’ve tried all types of diets in my life. I’ve tried diets to bulk up, slim down, you name it. I share my thoughts dieting and the best ways to go about it, from my experience.
