In this episode, we discuss 'single-hood', and why you shouldn't be afraid of being single and not being in a relationship. There is great power, adventure, and learning that is to be found in the season where you find yourself with yourself. It's important that in this time you get to know yourself, work on yourself, and harness the power of the love you wish you could find in someone else. It's important to relax into this season of your life, and not feel desperate for someone else to fill your voids. Embrace it, enjoy it, don't let it define your entire being. Instead learn, nourish your soul, and fall in love with yourself and your life. Choose wisely on how you decide to spend your precious time and who you decide to give it to.
