And one of those positive emotions was amused, and it really amused and on the other side of that was being silly.

And I said, I have to, I take life so seriously.

You know, I am bouncing from as soon as we're awake, you know, I'm working out.

You know, I have my quiet time in the morning, but then once the kids are awake,

once Christy's out of bed, it's all hands on deck, it's work, it's kids, it's everything,

until the kids are back in bed again.

And it's like, I have to force myself.

I'm not a seven on the anagram, I wish I was. I have to force myself to be silly and let loose and have fun, and I'm learning how to do that,

but it's a gift to our kids when we do it. And so whether it's setting up a stage in your dining

room to have a dance party, whatever it is, rediscover your inner child, because it's rediscovering

your inner child that allows you to be able to truly

enter into your kids' worlds to have those individual dates and create those memories.

I think it's, you know, I'm just sitting here thinking I had tears in my eyes. I just remember

my dad taking me and I just think like those are things we just don't lose.

And those memories of, like, he'd take me out just me and we'd go get donuts or ice cream.

And he'd take me now to the little market on Saturday morning.

Sorry.

I just, It matters.
