I'm in San Diego where I'm getting ready for the Sunday night game that we have coming up this weekend

between the Atlanta Braves and the San Diego Padres.

Last night we saw the first game of the four game series and the Padres jumped on Charlie Morton

early with help from a rookie.

Big news here in San Diego for tonight's game.

Blake Snell went to the injured list.

And that means the Padres are calling him McKenzie Gore to make his major league debut on Fridays.

It's been one of baseball's top-rated prospects. Had a terrible 2021 season, but he's been absolutely dominant this spring.

And so there's a lot of excitement about that major league debut.

Up the freeway, Freddie Freeman ripped a double in the Dodgers 9-3, went over the reds.

And Dodgers Stadium reacted.
