move into brewing all grain in particular, it becomes much more important and

that's the crush of their grain.

Yeah, this is something you know I really didn't give much thought to when I

first started brewing but kind of late in the game I got a grain mill and became

pretty fascinated with it and did a bunch of research and a little experiment on it.

Yeah, you know, right up front, I think it's one of those things that as as as

as Brewers consider, you know, or maybe brewers just don't consider it that much.

I know I didn't. I always trusted my

home brew shop to mill my grain for me and to you know and I just kind of didn't give it a

second thought until I really tried to hone in my process and dial in my really my consistency and I think

you know maybe maybe more than anything else that you know that the way when we

mill our own grain that's really what we're aiming for is
