But if I've learned anything from the experience of just watching politics for my entire

lifetime, it's that I'm certain the country that fabricated a bunch of flimsy evidence in order

to wage a bloody imperial war in the Middle East with no end, wouldn't do it again.

Of course not.

They would have learned their lesson.

Well, I mean, as we all know, everybody who supported the war in Iraq suffered incredible

professional consequences and people who opposed the war are now in positions of extreme

influence.
