Years ago, when Jesus' school first started in 2018,

over there at St. Andrews, that was a pretty wild year.

Some interesting people came in and out of that year. And it was a wild,

wild time. And one of the things we found, I actually texted Bill Johnson and Benny. She was

still on earth then.

She hadn't gone home to be with the Lord, and they were so encouraging to us,

and along with so many other fathers and mothers.

Actually, the night before our first day, because it felt like it was a crossing over.

When people fly in to be disciples,

it's just a higher level of discipleship,

a higher level of commitment.

A higher demand on you as somebody leading that,

not really knowing what you're stepping into. And I sent a text. I said, Bill and Benny, would you just pray that the Lord

comes? And I'll never forget Bill's text. I think I, I'm sure I do still have it. He said,

he will come and you'll know when he does. Vintage bill, like no wasted words.

He will come and you'll know when he does. So I kind of knew what that meant. I thought I did

until one day I was reading Acts chapter 2, just out loud teaching on the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Actually, not even teaching at that point, just reading.

And out of nowhere, just the power of God hit 72 students.
