Hello, hello, Gemma Yomi. It's Raquel and welcome to your own magic, a podcast for

the creative and the curious soul. And this is a mini-sode from the soul. I felt like doing

trying at least something a little different, though it is scary. It's for the purposes

of challenging myself and trying to do something a little more creative to reignite a spark.

And I'm really excited about this as fellow souls navigating the labyrinth of life. I mean,

I sit behind a microphone before you today to share a vital truth that many of us often

forget from time to time. And many of us, including myself, we can be paralyzed by. Hence,

why I bring this up and I feel compelled to do these mini-sodes from the soul to help

heal wounds and shed light on some blocks and to remind my human and free my soul as well

as perhaps a fellow soul needing to hear this. And so I hope this finds those who need

to hear this message well. And so this is a truth that has the power I know to liberate

us from the suffocating grip of judgment and of regret. May we resist the temptation to

let other judgments rob us of the life we deserve. More so, may we resist the voice of self-judgment

that prevents us from living the life we're supposed to have. I hope we will not be one of

the countless souls who, when they reach the twilight of their existence, they look back full

of regrets wondering what could have been. In the depths of your soul lies a flame,

a flickering ember of passion and desire. And it is the spark of life, the essence of your being.

And today, may we let that flame burn bright. Unburdened by the fear of judgment, for the life

we deserve is simply too precious to be robbed by our own doubts and the opinions of others.

As that is merely an illusion, I mean too often we allow ourselves to be burdened by the weight

of judgment and we live in fear of what others might say or think about our choices, our dreams

in our very essence. But let me remind you, the judgments of others are merely illusions. They
