I think the ideal body fat percentage depends on how your face looks at that body fat

because some people look very chiseled and lean even at 15% body fat versus some

guys.

Like for me personally, I need to be like single digits before my face is like has like a chiseled jaw line necessarily like when I'm just

walking around comfortably a lot of my facial features are like shrouded so like for me so face

wise is it like like people say I'm too lean like in the face is it like is there is there too lean is that good

I think like I think for some people like having all your facial features showing is definitely

advantageous at some point it's when you get like really, you start to look almost like sickly, sort of.
