Gonzalez. They have been waiting since November 13, 2022 for that to get some justice in this

And we all remember how after six weeks of the perpetrator in this case not being caught,

there were those in the media screaming out for, is this a cold case?

Just absolute ridiculousness, you know, because us professional law enforcement people that have worked homicides before know that it takes time. Identifying the perp, collecting

the evidence. finding the correct direction

in your investigative efforts. And when I was watching from afar and also reporting on this,

hearing the media talk about how, is this a cold case, sort of got ridiculous, you know, not sort of, it was ridiculous,

but they did it almost day one. It's, oh, is this, is this a cold case? And absolutely no,

it was not a cold case. And with that, we feel that law enforcement has done an outstanding job.
