Tired in YPD, Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

The Idaho 4 case, we finally got some information that has been sort of kept a secret for over two years,

and that was the 911 call and the recording from it.

And if we all remember this case,

there was a gag order issued by Judge John Judge,

who was the original judge in Idaho.

And I think there was even a judge before him,

a female judge, that initially issued the gag order.

So nothing was coming out.

And the 911 call, of course, was one of those things that was held secret, even though many people wanted it released so now it is released and who didn't want it

released well obviously the defense not only did they not want it released they want it suppressed

they do not want it as evidence.

And I think, if anything, this 911 call, and we're going to listen to it later on,

this 911 call absolutely, in my view, helps the prosecution and hurts the defense.

Why would the defense insist they want it suppressed

if it helped them? They wouldn't. It's obviously helping the prosecution and hurting the defense.

So we'll analyze why that is and why the defense doesn't want this in as evidence. And it's a distressing call.
