Huge announcement by President Trump this morning. And I, when I was on the treadmill this

morning, was listening to the news conference with Trump, and he was flanked on both sides.

There was Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. up there. There was Dr. Martin McCarrie there was J. Badacharya so the Dr. Oz the top

people related to health and drugs and pharmaceuticals all up there making this I

think historic announcement an announcement that is both intellectually

very powerful but also politically brilliant.

And I want to talk a little bit about both those things.

If I have time later in the segment, I want to also talk about these Democrats who rushed

the ice facility in New Jersey.

But let me start with pharmaceuticals.

Basically, Trump is onto something that has apparently been going on for years, indeed decades, and yet something

that Democrats rail against, but never do anything about, and never do anything about

for the obvious reason that they are in the pay, they are in the pocket of the pharmaceutical

industry. Think of a guy like Bernie said, I'm going to work to bring down pharmaceutical prices,

but he's not going to.

He never intended to.
