Summary

Julio traveled to San Juan, Puerto Rico for the anniversary of the tragedy to speak with Omaya Sosa, investigative reporter and co-founder of the Centro de Periodismo Investigativo, the media institution that has been leading the reporting on the death count on the ground for the past year.
