Every morning when I wake up my phone is already full of the worst things that have happened in the world overnight.

I'd seen quite a few gruesome things online, but nothing that got me and the way that this one got to me.

This video was the most horrific and cold-blooded I've ever seen.

You've got two helpless women with their children.

They're being slapped around.

The swordure forces, the mother and the baby to the ground.

They've all got their guns up and the guy with the aviata sunglasses is the first one to start firing.

And in a few seconds, they're all killed.

In July 2018 something awful went viral. It was a video one that showed the

final moments of two women a young child and a baby. The four are

marched down a dirt path by soldiers wearing the camo of the Cameroonian army.

Villagers trail behind them. The first woman in a floral print falls to her knees into spare.

She has to be dragged into place. Her daughter, still remarkably calm, has her black t-shirt removed as she kneels. The soldier ties it around her

her head as she kneels.

As the second woman, Woe and Pink, passes by the camera,

on her back her baby looks warily down the camera

lens. The second woman is shoved down to Neil. Then the shooting starts.

When it finally stops, the six troops chuck a handful of dirt on each of the bodies. They do this to prevent the spirits of the newly dead from rising to haunt their killers.
