And in this all video, it is the hunt for Travis Decker, a man from central Washington,

That day it was like that nice temperature, you know, nice early summer temperature before

you dive into those long dog days of summer.

Winachi is a city in central Washington State, biggest city in Shalan County, about 30,000 people called home. To the west and north lie towering Pacific Northwest mountains and endless forests,

to the east and south, farms and high desert.

It was at about 9.30pm when a woman named Whitney Decker, right, she walked into the lobby

of the Wenatchie Police Department on South Mission Street. She appeared pretty upset like her eyes

red and swollen, like she'd been crying for some time.

And I mean bawling.

She came in to tell the police that her ex-husband, Travis Decker, had come and taken their daughters off for a few hours, but he hadn't returned.

He was supposed to have brought the three girls back at about 8 p.m.

This was all part of the custody arrangement. About eight
