Summary
There are two kinds of people when it comes to businesses. There are starters: the people who are good at pulling an idea from nothing and making that idea happen. Then there are the finishers: the people who can take this idea and take it to the finish line. The starters and the finishes are both excellent at what they do in their own right, but the magic can only happen when you put the two together.
