And since we're all spending a lot of quality time alone, I will be asking everyone what's good and what are you watching?

Because I need to know.

So first up, we have film reviews editor at The Rap, Alonzo Derral Day.

Oh, iffy, welcome back, sort of, I guess, question mark.

What's good is that I am quarantined with somebody who bakes and so we had

ricotta in the cheese that was in the fridge that was going bad so Dave made a

Raspberry ricotta cake, which was breathtaking.

And what I'm watching, we've mainly been leaning

toward the old and the somewhat escapist,

which has been everything from the very horny white people drama a summer place on the TCM app to the Busbee

the Busbee Berkeley musical Footlight Parade on Criterion Channel,

which on the one hand is this like gorgeous crazy musical

with hundreds of girls in kaleidoscopic shapes.

And then on the other hand, it's a 1933 movie with black face and yellow face and weird race stuff in it. But you know, the musical numbers are lovely.
