this month on something called intellectual humility, which is put simply knowing that all

knowledge is partial, meaning we don't entirely know our children or our spouse. We do not have

and will not have and never have had complete information that could factor into a work decision.

Not a few to CEO, not a few to summer intern. Doctors, which is what we're talking about today,

are rarely considered humble. In fact, there's a common and well-known God complex hanging over

the profession, even though the Hippocratic oath is so unambitious. First, do no harm.

The doctors I have with me today are lifetime learners who love collaboration and feedback

and ongoing education. They're naturally curious. They respect the patient's point of view,

and they challenge their own assumptions and snap judgments. First up is a conversation with
