0:09.4	The focus of this episode is on the human energy field and the biospiritual continuum, something
0:15.8	I realized after going over my episodes I have not talked about in enough detail.
0:21.1	I have a previous episode I did called the aura and the etheric body,
0:25.3	where I began to address some of these different ideas.
0:29.5	But I have found in my studies, particularly with the occult and in manifestation,
0:35.8	that a full understanding of the energy body is very helpful in understanding
0:40.8	the mechanism of reality creation and your own energy and your ascension.
0:47.0	We talk a lot about chakras and I'd set down to really do an in-depth discussion of what chakras
0:53.5	really do and what they are.
0:55.4	And I realized that a big part of this is understanding the human energy body as well as the field of
1:04.3	energy and the biospiritual continuum.
1:07.4	There's a lot to know and there's a lot of literature on the subject.
1:10.4	And it takes some experience
1:12.7	experimentation and contact with the akashik to really fully understand but once you do you start to
1:19.6	understand who you are what your soul is your higher self and the way that reality is formed around you. Now, in a physical sense,
1:30.7	it is easy to appreciate that you have a body. It is made up of many physical parts. You have a
1:38.1	heart and blood vessels, for example. These elements have a unique structure and function. There are many organs and systems
1:47.1	that coexist in the human body and work synergistically. For example, when you breathe, the function
1:53.2	of air exchange is performed in the lungs by the respiratory system. However, the blood in the
1:59.6	circulatory system must get oxygenated and remove carbon dioxide.
2:04.7	To achieve this, the blood is pumped by the heart through blood vessels into the lungs where the exchange takes place.
