What are the Hudud the Hudud are?

Punishments that are enacted by a legitimate Islamic state that is judging by the laws of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

Against people criminals who have done specific crimes against other people so murder and rape and stealing

These are Hudud punishments where society is at risk and therefore

The Islamic Shari'a has come with punishments to keep such people in check now

So that the Bakr is the first time that when you reading the Quran you will come across your first had the punishment

This is one of those areas that causes sometimes a little bit of confusion

It is also used by the far right in the extremist to paint Islam in a very

Negative manner, but once again you read the Quran and rather than anything negative

Kutib alaikum al Qasasu fi l-Katila. Oh, you who believe Qasas is prescribed for you

When somebody is killed when somebody is murdered Qasas is a retaliation a life for a life

Al-Hurrib al-Hurrib al-Hurrib al-Abdubal al-Abdubal al-Untha

Every single person whoever they are whether they're male or female whether they're slaver or free doesn't matter

Everyone who murders Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says Kutib alaikum al Qasas that

Retribution or the the penalty of basically the the murder is going to be executed
