trying to get a way, uh-huh.

Right, first, uh, what, 73, 74 degree day here in New Jersey of 2019.

I'm actually going to take a half a day today.

I've been working with Mark Taglarene, Sergeant from Wykoff, going to be teaching our report

writing, really excited to have him on the team. I spent up four hours this morning going over his program.

It's going to be, we're really polishing up nice. it's going to be a real good experience for everybody.

Gonna help you out there with those reports, but we had conversation earlier and this is,

it just maybe think, man, I got to do a video on this.

So we got to talk about this thing, this occurring theme that comes out of

insecurities, right? And what it is is, well, I don't like the way that's going to

look in court. I don't know if that's going to look good in court. I don't know blah, blah, blah, in court. I don't know if that's going to look good in court. I don't know blah

blah in court. I don't know if this in court. And well you have to heed some

caution to what you're doing and it being legally sound. It is just that.

It's legally sound. Const just that it's legally sound

constantly in class I tell people you've got to be a little more comfortable

with being uncomfortable you got to be a little more realistic with being

unorthodox because the unorthodox behaviors of a police officer that yields the greatest

stories reports jobs, the biggest pay dirt, the biggest fruits of a traffic stop, whatever it may be, great things come out of

unorthodox behavior. And when you stop somebody for a four over the speed limit because

the intention was to get to the rear seat passenger who wasn't wearing a seatbelt to compel identification.
