Tonight we are continuing with House at Poo Corner.

But right now, take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

letting your body sink into the surface beneath you.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in before slowly exhaling, releasing any tension.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Feel them relax, softening with each breath,

and slowly move up your body,

relaxing your legs, your hips and your belly.

Let the relaxation flow through your chest and your shoulders and with each breath let your body become heavier, sinking deeper into relaxation. You are safe. You are at peace.

And it's time to rest.

Rabbit came to Poo's house to ask if he had seen his friend and relation small.

He arranged a search party with Christopher Robin,

and Poo was sent to look in the six pine trees, but he'd forgotten to ask what small looked like.

So instead, he went to find piglet,

but soon fell into a great hole,

right on top of his little friend.
