Last time, Watson learned a shocking secret about the Stapletons.

They aren't actually brother and sister, as they've given everyone in the neighbourhood to believe,

but husband and wife.

And that's not all.

Holmes believes that Stapleton is the man responsible for the death of Sir Charles Baskerville as well. And that now he has Sir Henry in his sights.
