recorded probably about 40 minutes 45 minutes whatever almost an hour and i paused it i looked at

the clock i said i've been doing this for 45 minutes and i just felt like it was bad vibes

girl i was complaining.

I was being a hater.

I was like just kind of doing too much.

And let's clap it up for having self-awareness.

And knowing that I'm not putting that out there.

I'm not putting those vibes out there.

So I had a little seltzer. I made a little coffee. And we're doing part two. My voice sounds shaky, which is weird,

and I just heard that in my headphones. So maybe going to have to start again. No. I don't know

what it was. Girl, I was going on and on about all the, all the things that

are bothering me. I think you want to know what? There's something going on in the universe right now.

I don't know what's going on with the planets. But I got, I have some complaints about that.

I think it's just all this weird energy has been piled up and everybody's nervous system is

dysregulated.

Everybody's on edge. And you want to know what? You want to do what is, girl. It's always something. Every day you wake up, you're watching the news like, all right, well, the craziest thing I've ever heard of happened. Nobody's doing anything about it. Okay. Cool. you know
