What a day, the horrible lessons the right-wing radicalism has taught America will be my opening

rant. If we can't stop this disintegration of trust in America and, you know, and regain the

ability to reform and make our government work for all the people, we could be looking at the end

of the American experiment. I'll tell you about that in a minute. Also, we have a conversations with

great minds today. Jonathan M. Katz has a new book out called Gangsters of Capitalism,

Smedley Butler, the Marines, and the making and breaking of America's empire.

And we're going to talk about everything from how right-wing movements overthrow countries and

have tried to overthrow the United States now twice to how the American foreign policy

from Smedley Butler's era, the late 1800s, the early 1900s, you know, really set us on the

course to be where we're at right now. So that's what's coming up in the program today.

I want to start with the rant that I wrote for HartmanReport.com. It's titled Unmasked to the
