I've told you that the crime problem in this area can be solved.

You won't eliminate crime, but you'll greatly reduce it.

As it is now, they don't want to greatly reduce it.

The Democrat judges are under a great deal of pressure, a great deal of pressure.

Not to hold criminals once they're caught.

They're under a great deal of pressure to let those people go.

And if they don't, there's a score that's kept of how often they give a bail,

as opposed to what's called a PR, a personal reconnaissance bond.

And that's basically just, hey, do you promise you'll come back to trial?

I mean, I know we caught you with blood all over yourself,

stabbing somebody to death, but you promise in a year or five

to come back for your trial.

Yes, I do.

Yes, you're on.

I've really had to change a heart since 15 minutes ago.

I'm not going to go kill the witnesses to that, even though it's my baby mama,

who I'm mad at, because she's already laid up with our next neighbor,

and I already Jill, how snitch are you told me?

I'm not going to do that promise.

So there is all this pressure brought to bear on these judges to let these bad guys go.

Well, as a result, I have said again and again and again,
