I am pumped about today's episode because I have been wanting to do this episode for several weeks ever since I started reading this book.

I posted about it extensively on social media as I've been reading it because it's just been

such a mind-blowing book for me and has given me so much faith and so much perspective and

there's so much in this book. And the reason that I wanted to do a podcast episode about it,

which is very new. Like I've never, ever, ever in my like two and a half years or maybe three, what is going on? I think it's been three years that I've had this podcast. Okay, major moment there.
