I am literally just freeball in it and I am a little nervous to talk about it and pretty much what this is is the fact that holidays can be really hard.

Thanksgiving can be really hard, Christmas can be really hard,

and aside from family issues or, you know, if you have trouble getting along with your family

aside from that that's not what I'm talking about today because I am so

blessed to have the best family what I'm talking about is food and the guilt that

comes with eating food that some people

tend to feel and I am one of those people so I kind of want to talk about how I feel
