seattle like 110 115 right now and in vancouver for that matter too it's like for some reason they're like closer

to the sun and they're hotter and you know this is a sort of heat wave I'd expect us to get

I wouldn't expect it to be there but so it goes but no it's hot otherwise fine it's the weather's

always the same here so it's just dry always I would take that I it was very very humid here

today I would have taken the dry

night, start against the Reds with an illness. I saw Kevin AC, the excellent beat writer for the

San Diego Union Tribune, use scare quotes with the illness, which makes me worry if it might be a COVID

thing. I mean, it can happen, obviously, but obviously that's a big deal if it is COVID.

And then we'll see what that extends to anybody else on the Padres.

And he's coming off his second best, I would say second best start of the season.

So that was something positive for Snell, who I don't have tons of faith in. So, yeah, we'll see how this all plays out if it's a COVID thing or if it's an illness or whatever. He's certainly not coming off a terrible start. So there's, I don't think this is anything where they're, you know, like trying to hold them back and work on his skills or something like that, but just want to blame it on something else. So, yeah, we'll see how the next maybe 48 hours plays out. I guess if you're in a weekly league, you're frustrated, but if it's a if it's not a COVID thing, then you could get a start from him maybe in a couple days. Yeah, yeah, that's right.
