Hello everyone, welcome to the History of the World podcast debrief and the first broadcast of 26.

So a happy new year to all of you.

And it's great that we get to venture into this another new year of the History of the World podcast together.

So congratulations for making it to the end of volume four and entering into 2026 with the podcast.

So eventually there were 99 episodes.

So we stopped on a strange number.

Now, I don't plan the number, really.

I just plan the podcast episodes.

And it just so happened to turn out to be 99 episodes.

But in actual fact, because of a couple of late editions made by

But as ever, I'm always very, very interested in you and your thoughts and opinions about volume. And of course,

this volume was very, very long and not just because of the amount of episodes, but because

of the gaps between the episode. So whereas when the podcast first started, were publishing weekly now that that has become

difficult so we're publishing you know almost once every three weeks on average three to

four weeks so so you're waiting much longer few your podcast episodes and as such the volume has been strung out but

not just that but also interested in the material the subject matter did we miss anything out
