To answer one of the questions that I did not answer in this segment,

because we talked to the congressman later in the show Andrew Clyde who is calling

who has a bill that will repeal the Impowerment Control Act in 1974. It'll make sense to the second.

If the president does not spend the money apportioned, then it just does not get spent.

It doesn't get spent on something else. It just zero spent, not spent at all.

It goes back to the treasury to maybe be spent another day,

to be appropriated another day to something else.

But not, it can't just automatically.

If it's appropriated for X,

it can't just then be spent on Y.
