I thought it was striking that the, at the state dinner for France, that we served cheddar from Cheboygan, Wisconsin, I think is a very bold move on our plate. Well, and also the Humboldt fog. I did look at the full cheese menu. What I really liked is that they put in the menu the awards that the different cheeses had been given. Oh, wow. See, that's the level of depth.
