the Hillside Stranglers raped, tortured, and murdered over 12 women between the ages of 12 to 28.

When the cousins were finally unmasked, Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono Jr.

L.A. was able to breathe a sigh of relief, at least for some time.
