As is probably going to be the case for the next

couple of weeks, we are focusing Punch Bull News AM on the latest in government funding as both

sides try to figure out where they are in the negotiating situation, what their positions are.

I mean, honestly, it's kind of interesting. We are quickly coming up to

this deadline, but both sides still kind of feeling out exactly, you know, is it a clean CR? Then it's what

is a clean CR? Is there movement on potential Obamacare? Premium subsidies. Is there not? It feels a

little bit like two steps forward, one step back to me.

The headline of this newsletter, and maybe it will be, but it should be, and we haven't done the

headline yet, the subject line, it should be waiting for Trump. Everyone is waiting for Trump to

say something or express some sort of view on all this stuff, which he has not done yet, which, you know what,

maybe that'll come today.
