I feel like it's been an interesting year from the

women in country and I hate saying that because I feel like I say that every year

and part of the reason that we have to say it is because country music remains

systematically shut off to excellent music by women. It's nonsensical at this point.

I've actually been putting off doing this episode because I'm just like surely I don't have to do this episode or like another thing like this again.

Yeah, and yet. I mean I think it's like we don't have to call it like women and country episode

we can just say country music episode just the most interesting things happening in

country happen to be about women I mean basically accurate. Yeah.
