I don't know if you guys are

feeling this, but I've been feeling it could be the eclipse season that's happening. I'm not

really sure. But I feel like this very heavy energy over a lot of people. Maybe it's just me.

I don't know. Maybe I'm in my head. But I'm trying to navigate my emotions through feeling

heavy energies. And I wanted to

really talk about that specifically, how to navigate through our triggers, how to respond to

our environment in the right way and realize what it's actually trying to show us so we can

level up our lives and how to just deal with the day-to-day circumstances that pop up for us.

There's just so much going on.

And I feel like if you do believe in astrology, then you're going to notice this is like

a pivotal moment of eclipse season and a lot of like heavy energies are moving around

and they're tugging on us so to say.

And this can cause our emotions, our identity to kind of go up and down in a wave like motion,

peaks and valleys. You know, every day feels a little bit different. So I want to help you guys
