Summary
As much as one-third of Congress did debate while in high school. Competitive debate is how future leaders are learning rhetoric and how to engage with issues. So it matters a lot that today's debate judges are promoting open racial discrimination, restrictions on free speech, and even the doxing of competitors' tweets and Facebook posts.
