Summary

Struggling with brain fog (brain inflammation) or chronic fatigue (which tends to go hand-in-hand with brain fog)? One of the often missed causes is gut health, and the overlooked brain gut connection. When struggling with brain fog symptoms like fatigue, trouble focusing, forgetfulness, and haziness in your thought processes, it's likely stemming from problems in your gut and related to the blood brain barrier. What does gut health have to do with brain fog and fatigue? Inflammation in the gut is just the starting point as to what could be going on. Watch this video to learn how to get rid of brain fog (hint: probiotics are a great starting point!) and function better in your life!
