And PadSplit, for those of you that don't know, is when you can rent places by the room

0:10.0

for a week versus during a traditional single family long-term rental. Yeah, what was really

0:15.3

interesting is that most people stay nine months. Yeah. So they rent by the week, but they stay nine months. So he's

0:21.5

definitely hitting a niche from an affordability standpoint. This is one that you're going to want to

0:25.9

listen to. So, Atticus, let's start at the beginning. What were you trying to accomplish when you

1:44.3

only countries where, you know, we don't share family housing. Like our parents don't live with us

1:49.8
