You're just seeing it in real time being sold indiscriminately and oftentimes you probably know more about that company than the person who's selling it. Because the person who's selling it might be the S&P 500 index fund, that the parent company is in the S&P 500, but the spunoff entity is not going to be in the S&P 500. And so that index fund manager has to sell.
